hi everyone today want to talk about artist named Alberto giacometti he was Swiss and he was a sculptor and a painter and a printmaker and here here's a picture of him when he looks like as and adult. okay and then I'm going to show you a couple pictures this is a picture of me with one of his statues in a museum, this one is this is about 5 feet all day here's another one of his sculptures is called three men walking you know that those are supposed to be humans but they don't exactly look like humans but you know is representing humans and so what we're going please make sculptures that are representing humans but they don't have to look realistic at all here's an example of one of his most famous artworks it's called man walking or Walking Man alright so what you need today how to make this is a piece of foil a marker pencil scissors a piece of cardboard or a plain piece of paper to put your sculpture on and some glue example of one of my sculptures of a giacometti okay so anyway so with the fall you're going to line here and line here that's going to be the head of benchley one line on the side and another line on the other side that's going to be where the arms divide and then one at the bottom and then what you do I sent it here already I'm going to just cut those lines not all the way through so there's one two don't go all the way to the middle and then three 4 buy they don't have to be perfect straight lines or anything then what you're going to do gently you're going to start crumbling your boil gently all right and you're going to be making I'm through sides that top part I switch to make ahead I'm going to make some more dang it Grandpa slime but down here I'm going to scrunch to make legs don't crumble to type remember your kind of Peter Manning you can make it smaller graduate if you make it to Tiny it'll break so don't sweat it too much all right then you have your figure all right and you can pose him with guys getting foot or running you glue them down like that hold it and there you have your jacket Medi sculpture thanks
